Terms of Sale & Refunds — Foxi Flow – Bulk Image Generator for Flow

1. Seller

The extension “Foxi Flow – Bulk Image Generator for Flow” is sold by Muhammad Ahmad, trading as Nexzare. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and receipts. Google is not the seller and is not affiliated with this product. “Flow” and “Veo” are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. Free trial

Every new install includes 10 free images or videos (counted as prompts that produced a result). No payment details are needed for the trial.

3. Subscription

• Price: US$2 per month, plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout.
• Billed monthly from the day you subscribe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• After paying, you receive a licence key by email. Paste it into the extension to unlock unlimited use.
• One key can be activated on up to 3 devices (Chrome profiles). Removing the key from a device does not free a slot; if you change computers and reach the limit, email us and we will reset it.

4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Gumroad library (app.gumroad.com/library) or the link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the extension returns to the free-trial limits.

5. Refunds

If the extension does not work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. To ask for a refund, email support@nexzare.com with the email address you used at checkout.

6. What you are buying — and what you are not

• The extension automates the Flow website in your browser, using your own Google account. It does not include any Flow access, credits or generation quota.
• Google's own limits, rules and terms still apply to everything you generate. You are responsible for using Flow in line with Google's terms and policies.
• Flow is a third-party website that can change without notice. We work to keep the extension compatible and release fixes quickly, but we cannot guarantee it will work at all times.

7. Liability

The extension is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for content generated by Flow, for changes Google makes to its service, or for any action Google takes on your account.

8. Changes to these terms or prices

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the subscription price. Changes apply from your next billing period.
